Angra dos Reis – A new generation marina
Located in Angra dos Reis, Marinas do Atlântico has been developed as a new-generation marina complex engineered to international standards. Set on BaÃa do Pontal, the marina lies within one of Brazil’s best established cruising grounds, defined by protected waters, clear seas and an archipelago of more than 300 islands.
Marinas do Atlântico is the first marina in Brazil to adopt SF Marina’s floating concrete pontoon system. The 59 pontoons, each 3–4 metres wide and 10–20 metres long, were manufactured at SF Marina’s facility in Brazil and anchored using 61-centimetre steel piles. The marina provides some 140 wet berths for vessels ranging from 50 to 120 feet, with water between three and seven metres deep. Beyond the core marina infrastructure, the development integrates workshops, marine services, and extensive dry storage areas. A dedicated service yard, equipped with a 240-tonne travel lift, supports lifting, maintenance and refit operations. On-site fuel supply, restaurants, and an approved helipad for day and night operations further reinforce the marina’s operational capability.
Since its inauguration in late 2025, Marinas do Atlântico has established itself as a reference for modern marina development in Brazil in terms of scale, technical performance and long-term operational resilience. Shortly after opening, the marina hosted the Salão de Usados Náutico boat show, showcasing more than 80 pre-owned vessels over four days.
